National Veteran Support respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we handle when you use this website or contact us.

Information we collect

This website does not have forms or accounts, and it does not ask you to enter personal information. We collect personal information only when you choose to contact us, for example by calling (818) 999-5656 or emailing info@avba.org. That may include your name, phone number, email address and anything you tell us about your situation.

How we use it

We use the information you give us only to respond to you and to help you understand veterans’ benefits. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising.

Your VA.gov login

We will never ask for your VA.gov username or password. Please do not send us your passwords, Social Security number or bank account numbers by email.

Third-party services on this site

Some content on this site is provided by other companies, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type when the content loads:

• Google Fonts (page fonts)
• Google Maps (the map on our contact sections)
• YouTube, in privacy-enhanced mode (embedded videos)
• Our website hosting and analytics provider, Vercel (see “Website analytics” below)

Each of these companies has its own privacy policy.

This site does not use advertising trackers.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It records the page you visit, the website that sent you, your approximate location (country and region), your device type, browser and operating system, and the time of your visit. It does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device, does not follow you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you. Your IP address is not stored; visits are counted using a short-lived anonymous value that cannot be linked back to you.

We use this information only to understand how the site is used and to improve it. It is not used for advertising and is not sold or shared for advertising. If your browser sends a “Global Privacy Control” or “Do Not Track” signal, analytics is turned off for your visit. Learn more in Vercel’s analytics privacy information.

Cookies

We do not set our own cookies, and our analytics does not use cookies. Embedded third-party content, such as maps or videos, may set cookies according to that company’s policies. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Contact us using the details below and we will respond.
