The Amwell Valley Business Association Scholarship and Award Program is an annual competition open to eighth graders who currently attend township schools located in the Amwell Valley.

Eligible students participate by submitting essays entitled “What Freedom Means to Me”. $1,000 and $500 college scholarships are awarded to the first and second place winners at their graduation in June. There are additional $100, $50 and $25 cash awards as well.
